We are seeking a Product Manager I for our franchisee insights tooling. As a Product Manager I, you will play a key role in defining the product roadmap and managing the development lifecycle to deliver franchisee insights across our international markets.
Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL
.
- Support the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap by helping prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals and franchisee needs.
- Gather, define, and help groom change and feature requests, ensuring requirements are clear and aligned with intended business outcomes.
- Partner closely with the Senior Product Manager and Engineering Manager to contribute to the long‑term vision and strategy for international franchisee technology.
- Help coordinate and balance input from multiple stakeholders to support a consistent and effective product experience.
- Deliver high‑quality work within defined timelines, with attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Prepare and share product updates and status reports for senior leaders, field teams, and franchisee groups, with guidance from more senior product partners.
- Assist with broader stakeholder communications by organizing updates, tracking feedback, and helping address questions or concerns.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, analytics, consulting, or a related role within a software or technology environment; internships and co‑op experience welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Exposure to data, insights, or reporting tools; experience supporting product launches or feature rollouts is a plus.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, franchise models, or the QSR industry is an asset but not required.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with an interest in using data and structured thinking to inform decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional partners (engineering, design, analytics, operations) and contribute to product initiatives.
