We are the vacation‑industry leader with flagship brands such as Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea Cruises. Our Celebrity Cruises Team invites you to join as a Lead, Integrated Strategic Planning reporting to the Director of Integrated Strategic Planning. This full‑time role is based in Miami.

Position Summary

This position requires extreme organization, a keen eye for detail, and the motivation to keep teams on track. It demands the ability to translate complex marketing initiatives across multiple channels, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and start with a can‑do attitude.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Aid in the development of project plans and timelines for business‑focused initiatives in product development, innovation, and brand marketing
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery of business solutions that achieve strategic goals and objectives
  • Manage resources and budgets to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget constraints
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies to optimize outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy team to ensure projects align with the overall business strategy
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
  • Deliver against a rigorous calendar of all project deliverables and milestones
  • Provide ongoing competitive analysis as needed

    Qualifications, Knowledge And Skills
    • 5+ years of experience in project management, business strategy, product development, and brand marketing
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
    • Demonstrated success in delivering business solutions through strategic projects
    • Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving skills, and business acumen
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Adept at presentation preparation and visualization of processes and timelines
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
    • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
    • Experience in the hospitality or consumer products industry preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Positive attitude, professional demeanor
    • Leadership, driver, creative problem‑solver, versatile, proactive, organized, dependable
    • Strong understanding of business objectives
    • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate and articulate project needs clearly
    • Ability to provide solutions under time constraints
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Compensation: $180,000 – $250,000 per year
