Contracts Manager

We are currently seeking a Contract Manager for our Miami Signature Bridge project, in Miami, FL.

• Assist with underwriting risk with respect to projects we are pursuing, providing risk management solutions, and drafting and negotiating various contracts including partnership agreements, design agreements and owner construction contracts.
• Our new contract manager will learn quickly with hands‑on experience and independent responsibility.

• Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor Degree required
• 1‑3 years of related experience
• Ability to negotiate legal and commercial issues arising from contracts
• Transactional experience or construction/surety law experience is preferred, but not necessary
• Problem‑solving skills together with the confidence to take the initiative on projects
• Strong communication skills and attention‑to‑detail are essential
