We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Operations Specialist who will support customers throughout their lifecycle while ensuring smooth operational processes behind the scenes. This role sits at the intersection of customer support, operations, and product, helping customers resolve issues, guiding them through processes, and ensuring internal workflows run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot account, product, or service‑related issues.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, or Compliance teams to resolve customer‑impacting issues.
- Manage incoming case volume using internal tools and workflows.
- Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and within defined service‑level agreements (SLAs).
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Advocate for the customer by proactively flagging trends, bugs, or product gaps.
- Support customer education by sharing resources, guides, and best practices.
- 2+ years of experience in credentialing with a high‑level understanding of sensitivity.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (required).
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
- Familiarity with operational workflows, compliance processes, or document verification is a plus.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer‑first attitude.
