As a Senior Strategic Account Manager
, you’ll be the face and voice of Via for our partners both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you’ll build genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our partners’ trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product-related issues. You will also advocate for partners within Via by championing new products and capabilities to expand each partner’s service size and scope.
You’ll Do
- Develop a vision and strategy for partners by assessing their strengths and weaknesses to help them set and achieve ambitious goals
- Build deep, long-term relationships with partners by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for service growth and revenue generation
- Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to provide partners with actionable recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and growth
- Negotiate and sign contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue from each partnership
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing roles
- Relationship builder who remains calm under pressure and celebrates partners’ successes with them
- Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; able to draw insights from complex data and translate into actionable recommendations
- Self-starter with a growth mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments with a high degree of responsibility
- Excellent team player who contributes as an individual and mentors others
- Final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills; salary shown does not include equity or variable pay where applicable
- Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000
