The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Healthcare Relationship Manager to lead growth and relationship strategies within the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a banking professional who thrives on building new business, deepening client relationships, and structuring complex lending solutions. You’ll work with physician groups, outpatient surgery centers, hospital partnerships, long-term care operators, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities—helping them achieve their financial goals while expanding our presence in this specialized industry.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Drive business development by acquiring new clients and growing relationships with existing ones.
- Build a strong network of referral partners and COIs to generate new opportunities.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio, ensuring profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate and structure lending agreements, preparing clear, compelling credit packages for approval.
- Oversee the loan closing process
, ensuring documentation, compliance, and accuracy. - Monitor client financials, assess credit risk, and proactively address changes in credit quality.
- Cross-sell a broad range of banking products to meet client needs.
- 3+ years of experience in lending, credit, or relationship management within commercial banking.
- Proven ability to prospect, sell, and negotiate effectively.
- Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, loan documentation, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision makers.
- Comfort with Salesforce, nCino, or similar tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Formal commercial credit training.
