RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.

RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.

As the Senior Product Manager, Digital Production Management, you will be responsible for building a seamless restaurant operating experience that makes it easy to consistently deliver the best product for our guests. Your purview will encompass three pivotal domains: kitchen production management, product fulfillment, and post‑order communication. Kitchen production management initiatives involve predictive demand forecasting and providing employees with real‑time instructions to ensure a steady supply of fresh chicken.

Product fulfillment entails optimizing the tools/interfaces used by team members to streamline and optimize speed of service and order accuracy. Post‑order communication empowers restaurants to keep guests informed of their order status. In collaboration with leadership and cross‑functional partners, you will craft a comprehensive strategy for team member experience and develop a roadmap rooted in meticulous qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Employing data and UXR principles, you will prioritize initiatives by harmonizing deep customer compassion with tangible business impact.

Your role will entail close collaboration with operations, engineering, design, and analytics throughout the entire lifecycle, from ideation to execution, AB testing, and delivery phases. Furthermore, you will champion our approach with stakeholders and transparently communicate our progress and impact every step of the way. This position is based in Miami, FL and is in the office 5 days a week.
