Job Title: Purchasing Agent

Job Type: (Duration: Indefinite)

Location: Miami

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Schedule:Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Agent to join a dynamic administrative team. This role is responsible for supporting the procurement process, maintaining accurate purchasing records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

This position plays a vital role in the supply chain process by evaluating suppliers, processing purchase orders, and coordinating services essential to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the acquisition of materials, supplies, and services in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Evaluate and compare vendors based on price, quality, service, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to schedule deliveries and confirm order status.
• Generate and manage purchase orders through designated procurement software.
• Maintain an accurate inventory log and documentation of all purchases.
• Support maintenance-related service calls by arranging timely vendor responses.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on deliveries as needed.
• Process travel requests and coordinate vendor services when required.
• Perform clerical duties including data entry and record-keeping of all procurement activities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems/software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Option to work onsite, remote, or in a hybrid capacity (if applicable).
