Strategic Research Analysts

The Royal Caribbean Group’s Celebrity Cruises brand is seeking a full‑time Strategic Research Manager for its Marketing Consumer Insights Team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Consumer Insights. This role will work on‑site in Miami, Florida and is responsible for managing projects and spearheading research roadmaps that drive the company’s strategic direction.

The Strategic Research Manager is a pivotal leader within the Consumer Insights and Business Strategy department, responsible for managing projects and spearheading the development and planning of roadmaps that drive the company's strategic direction. This role is instrumental in planning research aimed at providing actionable insights, working with internal and external partners to ensure the value of the team's contributions are maximized for each engagement.

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and researchers to conduct research projects and derive actionable insights, while managing the budget effectively.
• Lead the development and execution of research projects to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Use findings from research and data analysis to inform business strategy, marketing and product development.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to communicate complex data and insights in a way that resonates with different audiences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external research partners and vendors.
• Explore and apply new technologies, including the development of business cases for potential investment.

• Five‑year Bachelor’s or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in consumer research, strategy, market analysis, or related field. Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Experience managing teams and projects. Collaborate with various teams to align and influence strategic decision‑making process.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of research and analysis.
• Apply strategic thinking to develop insights that drive business growth and profitability.
• Strong attention to detail: meticulous in ensuring data and insights presented are accurate.
• Technical skills:
  Advanced Excel and PowerPoint required.
