This is a temporary salaried opportunity with Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or Health & Fitness program subsidies. Work you’ll do:

• Provide Talent consultative solutions tailored to support the execution of strategic priorities for the Consulting practice, focusing on the Government & Public Services Risk & Financial Advisory practice.
• Partner with key business decision makers to craft, execute and drive the delivery of the Talent strategy.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Talent-related initiatives and activities.
• Provide strategic and consultative Talent services to business leaders.
• Identify and counsel the business on Talent issues that affect success and articulate how Talent can help drive business performance.
• Leverage Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Talent Services to deliver deep industry insights and market-leading practices.

The team emphasizes collaboration with COEs and Talent Services to deliver integrated Talent services in support of business strategies and priorities.

Required

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of Human Resource Management or related experience

Required Technical Skills

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Track record of flexibility and learning agility
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with a virtual team (clients and team members)
• Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills, identification and resolution of issues effectively and appropriately
• Ability to perform complex data analysis including data metrics affecting utilization
• Ability to properly handle confidential information

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, licensure and certifications, and other business needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differential.

At Deloitte, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $155,400.
