Job Description
As a Priority Response Manager, you are responsible for being the first point of contact on-site when a restoration loss occurs. You will respond quickly to emergency calls, assess the situation, and communicate with property owners, managers, or adjusters to explain the restoration process and services available. Your role includes building strong client relationships, promoting company services, and ensuring seamless coordination between the customer and the operations team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive outside sales activity and maintain a strong pipeline in your assigned territory
- Build and nurture relationships with portfolio clients and key decision-makers
- Respond rapidly to emergency calls, arriving on-scene to represent SERVPRO and provide immediate support
- Communicate SERVPRO Global DRT’s capabilities and value during critical, high-pressure situations
- Secure signed agreements to initiate emergency restoration services
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Job Requirements
- Proven outside sales experience (3+ years preferred)
- Track record of success in portfolio or B2B sales
- Tough under pressure and thrive in urgent, high-stakes environments
- Excels in competitive markets with a sharp closing instinct
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable in the field — this role requires consistent travel and onsite presence
- Available to respond to emergency calls as needed
Compensation
- $50,000 Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential)
