• Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.
• Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
• When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer’s needs.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Represent KIA stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.

• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• 2 to 3 years of experience, ONLY.
• Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
• An understanding of the mechanical and technical concepts relevant to the role.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player; polished and professional.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
