We are looking for a Sales Porter/Lot Attendant who greets and welcomes guests, assists Sales Managers with inventory, keys, and lot organization, and performs other duties assigned by the General Manager and Car Wash Manager.

• Use adequate equipment to ensure vehicle cleanliness
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate individual when a customer is waiting
• Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person
• Manage inventory and keep keys organized for easy rapid retrieval
• Present a friendly, professional greeting to customers
• Perform other duties assigned by Sales Managers

• 1 year of experience in a similar role and in the automotive industry
• Clean and valid driver’s license is required
• Professional and courteous appearance when interacting with customers
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods and work outdoors
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer service experience preferred
• Professional appearance necessary
• Willingness to submit and pass a drug test and background check
