Job Type: Full‑Time | Pay: $25 – $65 Flat Rate Hour | Sign‑on Bonus: $2000

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join our service department at Brickell CDJR. In this role you will perform diagnostic tests, repairs, and maintenance on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Bonus repayment may be required if you leave within 18 months of start date.
• Bonus is taxable and will be paid in two installments (first after 90 days).
• Employees must remain employed for a minimum period of 18 months to retain the full bonus.

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a variety of makes and models, specializing in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid flushes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned in excellent condition, meeting all repair and service standards.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and report any additional concerns or necessary repairs to the Service Advisor.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• ASE certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Familiarity with the latest diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
