Office of the CEO Internship OpportunityeMed is seeking one (1) Summer Intern to support the Office of the CEO during our 8-week Summer Internship Program, running from June 1 through July 31, 2026.
This internship offers hands‑on experience supporting executive operations within a fast‑growing health‑tech organization. The intern will work closely with CEO Linda Yaccarrino and cross‑functional leaders, gaining exposure to strategic priorities, executive communications, and day‑to‑day business operations.
Responsibilities- General administrative and office support for the CEO
- Calendar coordination and meeting preparation
- Preparing briefing materials and executive summaries
- Organizing presentations and internal communications
- Coordinating logistics for executive meetings and events
- Assisting with special projects and research assignments
- Maintaining confidential files and documentation
- Cross‑functional coordination as business needs evolve
Interns will gain direct exposure to executive decision‑making, strategic planning, and organizational leadership within a nationally scaling healthcare platform.
Requirements- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred)

- Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment

- Competitive hourly pay: $15.00/hour
