Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to assist with recordkeeping, document processing, and office coordination. This role supports warehouse and logistics operations from our Miami hub.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry, filing, and document management
Answer and route incoming calls professionally
Prepare and organize shipping and inventory paperwork
Maintain accurate internal records and reports
Support scheduling and coordination between departments
Monitor office supplies and maintain organized work spaces
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable and professional demeanor
Pay: $17–$24 per hour (experience‑based)
