Part-Time Personal Assistant (~20 hrs/week)
This is a part-time role supporting the CEO and his family with day-to-day administrative and personal matters. The Assistant will work closely and collaborate with a full-time Personal & Executive Assistant to ensure smooth coordination across ongoing tasks and priorities.
Responsibilities- Manage calendars, appointments, and administrative follow-ups
- Coordinate vendors, payments, and logistics
- Provide day-to-day executive and personal administrative support
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution
- Support ad-hoc operational and personal requests
- French (C1 level, spoken and written) and English proficiency
- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
- Strong communication skills and high level of discretion
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- 2–4 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative roles preferred
- Availability to work ~20 hours per week aligned with EST business hours
