To assist with the administrative tasks of the Director of Rooms, with strong communication to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.

Main Duties Administration
  • Maintain records, contracts, and confidential documents.
  • Organize office systems and filing (manual and electronic).
  • Assist with time & attendance tracking and hotel management rosters.
  • Create purchase orders and online forms.
  • Schedule appointments and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Handle room reservations and guest correspondence.
Customer Service
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Support proactive task management for smooth division operations.
Personnel
  • Assist with HR-related coordination and administrative tasks.
Other Duties
  • Collaborate flexibly with other hotel staff.
  • Adhere to hotel policies, especially regarding safety and hygiene.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum requirements
  • 3 years of experience in the same position
  • Pre-opening experience is preferable
  • Luxury background in resort and urban city
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
