Position: Social Media & Marketing Associate (Part Time)

Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Associate (College Student or Entry Level)

    Coral Gables, FL (in-office preferred; hybrid/remote flexibility)
  • Time:
    Part-time (8–15 hours/week during the semester; additional hours possible around events)

MAXIMAI Investment Partners is a boutique multi-family office and investment firm serving a select group of global clients with a family-first, high-touch approach. This role is designed for a local college student who wants hands‑on experience in marketing, communications, events, and brand-building within a professional services environment.

What you’ll do
  • Help create and publish content across Linked In (draft captions, schedule posts, maintain a simple content calendar).
  • Apply consistent branding to presentations and client intro materials (PowerPoint/Canva and PDF output).
  • Manage outbound communications in Constant Contact (list organization, basic formatting, scheduling, simple performance tracking).
  • Support event planning for the annual client event (invites, RSVP tracking, vendor coordination, day‑of support as needed).
  • Assist with event sponsor ships (track deadlines/deliverables, ensure correct branding placement, help with follow‑up).
  • Organize and send client birthday emails (maintain dates, draft messages, schedule sends, track completion).
  • Support wealth management award submissions by researching opportunities, tracking deadlines, gathering required information, and assembling drafts for review (bios, firm descriptions, service highlights, and proof points).
What we’re looking for
  • Current student at a local college/university (marketing, communications, business, or related fields are helpful).
  • Strong writing skills and professional judgment (you’ll be supporting communications to a select client base).
  • Highly organized—comfortable managing deadlines, checklists, and document version control.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva and/or PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Discretion with confidential information and a high standard for professionalism (NDA Required).
Logistics
  • Part‑Time, In‑office availability in Coral Gables is strongly preferred, especially for coordination and event support.
  • Flexible hours around class schedule with clear weekly deliverables and check‑ins.
