Overview

Modalways is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Associate (Entry Level) to support internal and client-related communication efforts. This role focuses on documentation, message consistency, coordination, and professional correspondence within a structured corporate environment.

• Assist with drafting and reviewing internal communications and client correspondence.
• Maintain organized communication records and documentation.
• Support the preparation of reports, summaries, and informational materials.
• Help ensure consistency in company messaging across departments.
• Assist with scheduling communication-related meetings and follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support related to communication initiatives.
• Ensure all written materials follow company standards and guidelines.

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a structured office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
