Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Data Entry, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Metric Engineering is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong computer and technical skills to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable using a wide range of software tools to keep processes running smoothly. This is a temporary position that is expected to last one to three months. Must be able to work weekends.
This is a hybrid position that will report to either our Miami or Lake Mary office.
- Provide administrative support to staff and management
- Manage digital files, records, and shared drives.
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting using Excel or other data tools.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing communications (email, phone, messaging platforms).
- Assist with onboarding tasks and internal communications as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties to support the efficiency of the department.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology tools.
- Experience supporting a fast-paced office environment.
- Familiarity with HR
