We are looking for our next Office Manager who enjoys providing a high level of confidential administrative and personal support to the management team and to our partners! You will be assisting the Leadership Team by spearheading direction in all aspects of payroll and administrative duties.

Compensation

$22-$25/hour

Hourly wage will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's qualifications and achievements. While the range provides a general guideline, final offers will be tailored to each individual.

Responsibilities
  • Showcase your accounting and administrative expertise by managing cash payouts, purchases, and weekly invoices with precision, ensuring accurate profitability reports
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, fostering effective communication and smooth operations across the team
  • Be a proactive problem solver, supporting your team with sound decision-making and a self-starting attitude
  • Ensure a safe and organized workplace by maintaining compliance, updating partner boards, and managing accurate files and paperwork
Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in Payroll or Accounting
  • An in-depth understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to delegate efficiently, excellence in communication and the ability to handle situations that require you to keep your cool
  • An innate drive to help others succeed, enviable organization, time management and feedback skills and a generosity in sharing your skills and knowledge with your team
  • The ability to legally work in the USA
