H&R Block -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC) supporting the overall district offices;
Provide hands on Tax Office Associate support with PTIN renewal/payment;
Receive communication from offices regarding supplies, facilities, or support; document nature of problem, research solutions, and resolve issues or escalate to DOC, CSM, or District General Manager (DGM) as needed;
Source vendors for local facility tickets and set up with approved payment process;
Review and verify invoices and prepare payments in Coupa and/or corporate credit card expense for the DOC's approval
