Role Description

This is an in-office position for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure legal environment. The ideal candidate will be a polished, professional individual responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional service to clients, attorneys, and staff.

Qualifications
  • Prior law firm or professional services experience required
  • Experience:

    Law office: 2 years (Required)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in English required, bilingual a plus
  • Knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to Commute:
    Coral Gables, FL 33134 (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Manage potential client intake forms and distribute accordingly
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Manage the boardroom calendar and coordinate meetings
  • Handle daily mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Order and coordinate lunches or catering for meetings
  • Provide general office support and assist with various administrative projects as needed
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment
