Overview

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Records Management Specialist to provide administrative support for a large Federal agency initiative. Base pay range
$45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Employment Type: Full-Time, Mid-Level

Department: Office Support

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for a large Federal agency initiative.
  • Carry out tasks that require attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Anticipate the needs of others and contribute to government innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on client satisfaction and support.
  • Background in records or data management, including organizing, maintaining, and retrieving information efficiently.
  • Proficiency in current versions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with electronic recordkeeping systems or document management platforms.
  • Experience in training roles, including designing and facilitating training modules.
Ideally, you will also have
