Our client is a woman‑and minority‑led non‑profit organization that runs like a business. They are looking to add a Facilities Coordinator to their team.

The Facilities Coordinator position plays a key role in providing administrative and operational support within the Maintenance department. The Facilities Coordinator assists the Supervisor in organizing daily service requests, coordinating materials and vendor support, tracking work completion, and maintaining accurate records.

• Maintenance & Workflow Coordination:
  • Review, assign, and track maintenance work orders to technicians and vendors.
  • Support scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion and documentation of all service activities.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory records, and project status reports.
• Inventory, Vendors & Logistics:
  • Coordinate ordering, delivery, and storage of tools, materials, and parts.
  • Track inventory levels and reconcile supply usage.
  • Assist with vendor scheduling, quotes,rachaell? and performance tracking.
  • Support cost‑control and purchasing processes.
• Team & Resident/Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as a central point of contact for property staff, vendors, and residents.
  • Provide clear updates on maintenance status and timelines.
  • Assist with emergency work coordination and follow‑up reporting.

• Safety, Compliance & Quality Support:
  • Help ensure compliance with building codes, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Support inspections, audits, and maintenance documentation.
  • Promote safety culture across maintenance operations.

• 3 – 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Property or building maintenance coordination.
• Facilities support.
• Logistics or warehouse coordination.
• Building supply or trades support.

• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valuable in the Miami market.
• Experience in residential, multifamily, or commercial property environments.

• High school diploma is required.
