Facility Scheduler

Facility Scheduler needs facility Service contracting, manufacturing or construction scheduling experience.

Facility Scheduler requires:

• Minimum associates degree in business administration or construction/manufacturing/production related field,
• Facility Service contracting experience.
• Construction/Manufacturing Scheduling experience.
• Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS) experience.
• Experience in various Facilities/Construction disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) and Commercial Facilities Management.
• Completing records and reports related to building facilities and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong time management, leadership and organizational skills.
• 5 years minimum of related experience required
• Must be able to identify and prioritize multiple service requests/projects and perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes.
• Dispatching Environment, Construction Office Background, Procore Systems, Estimating Tools, Invoicing for Services Rendered, Scheduling

Facility Scheduler duties:

• Manage routine and emergency service requests for both daily incoming and after hours calls and emails.
• Create work orders for all service requests, PM?s, routine repairs and corrective action work
• Schedules and dispatches contractors and team members.
• Debrief tradesmen and team members after completion of each call. /li>
• Respond to all messages left overnight, including emergencies.
• Maintain the schedules for Preventative Maintenance, Corrective and Reactive work orders
