SummaryThe Data Entry PRD Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Pilot Record Data (PRD) base, provided to air carriers by the FAA. The specialist registers crew members and all applicable employee training/qualifications documentation. The specialist will use several applications to acquire mandated information for completing the records, and may assist with research of paper records and filing to ensure accurate data entry while providing input to stakeholders related to the PRD.

Minimum RequirementsCombination of education and experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a criminal background check.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Years of experience:
Minimum one (1) year experience with airline and aviation‑related documentation systems or recordkeeping/data entry and auditing experience in a similar industry.

- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) (high‑visibility clothing, ear protection, safety glasses, face mask) when required.
Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
Job Duties- Administer and enter employment and training records for Allegiant pilots into the FAA Pilot Record Database (PRD).
- Act as an “Authorized Contributor” for Allegiant when utilizing the PRD for record keeping.
- Verify regulatory documents, licenses, permits, and certifications across several systems.
- Track and monitor entries to ensure all employees are registered into the PRD.
- Conduct quality control checks for all training record entries through reporting and self‑audits; accept only error‑free data.
- Record and maintain training history, including recurrent training when qualifications are completed.
- Participate and provide feedback during implementation, including necessary UAT (user acceptance testing) as the PRD expands.
- Update paper and electronic records as needed for accurate data entry record keeping.
- Update PRD with employment status changes such as terminations, name changes, etc., when applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Office:
The team member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May work various shifts/days in a 24‑hour situation. Regular attendance is required. Exposure to moderate noise, temperature, and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area and sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.
Some travel may be required.
