Administrative Clerk IV

AIP is looking for an Administrative Clerk IV who is responsible for day-to-day payroll entry operations and office procedures to ensure critical business processes flow continually in Miami, FL. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

• Accurately Process Payroll for over four hundred Detention Officers.
• Identify and correct timesheet issues before they become payroll discrepancies.
• Ensure deliverable reports are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain Detention Supervisor Administrative In Box.
• Maintain accurate payroll records of receipts.
• Accurately reconcile processed work by comparing weekly/monthly reports verifying entries.
• Answering the phone and responding to e-mails in a timely manner.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Maintain Office Inventory.

• US citizen or a person lawfully admitted into the United States for permanent residence and have resided in the U.S. for the last five years.
• The incumbent must have a minimum of one year payroll experience.
• 1-year Associated Degree in Accounting in lieu of experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Pass a criminal background and consumer credit check (no criminal record).
• Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE government clearance.
• Pass all pre-employment and random drug tests.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid state driver's license.
• The incumbent must be trustworthy.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse population of people, including people of different cultures, with different values and lifestyles, with a cross-cultural perspective.
• Maintain current/physical residence in the continental United States.
• Strong Verbal communication skills.
