Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Executive Personal Assistant will handle a range of day-to-day administrative and executive support tasks. Responsibilities include managing the principal's diary, organizing meetings and appointments, handling communication, providing support, driving and ensuring all personal assistance needs are met effectively and efficiently. Must be comfortable working in a private home.

- Strong Communication and Calendar Management abilities
- Competency in Administrative Skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities
- Minimum of 5 Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification is preferred
