Position Summary

This position performs various Human Resources functions, emphasizing employee relations and supporting training. The role requires the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations for disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including employee inquiry resolution, data collection, and analytical reporting.
  • Prepare detailed reports for leadership, synthesizing information from multiple sources to support departmental initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and timely updates of HR databases and personnel files, supporting data integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate administrative workflows involving domestic and international offices, tracking documentation and ensuring timely submission of required materials.
  • Provide high‑quality customer service through the internal ticketing system, interpreting and resolving employee requests and concerns.
  • Support the performance evaluation process by reviewing documentation and ensuring proper filing and recordkeeping per HR protocols.
  • Assist in reviewing code of ethics disclosures and facilitating the resolution of any identified conflicts.
  • Assist with training‑related matters, including monitoring training compliance through the LMS, following up on completion, generating and distributing reports, and providing general support for additional training initiatives.
  • Provide support to other areas as needed, including covering Executive Assistant functions when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
  • Minimum one year of recent experience providing administrative support across multiple functions within an HR department.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate to advanced communication skills in English and Spanish (spoken, read, write).
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Organizational and time‑management skills with ability to prioritize; detail‑oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with employees, executives, and the general public.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive employee relations and partner with management to drive HR initiatives.
  • Logical thinking and independent judgment within established systems and procedures.
  • Ability to perform and prioritize a variety of administrative assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, holidays, and/or weekends as needed.
Preferred
  • Hands‑on experience managing employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, or performance management.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly sit and use fingers.
  • Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Typical vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus.
Safety Requirements
  • Report safety hazards and incidents involving injury, illness, or property damage.
  • Wear protective PPE as instructed.
  • Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and rules.
  • Refuse any unsafe task or operation.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training; be constantly aware of personal and coworker safety.
Work Conditions

Indoor office with controlled temperature and busy noise level due to open areas and telephones.
