AR & AP Specialist

The Accounting Specialist supports financial and operational processes within a packaging solutions environment by managing purchasing coordination, invoicing, vendor payments, and customer billing activities. This role works closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing of transactions, and resolution of supplier or customer discrepancies.

• Coordinate purchasing and delivery of materials and services
• Review and approve supplier invoices
• Prepare customer invoices and credit memos
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Submit and track supplier claims for shortages or damages
• Maintain documentation for billing, claims, and adjustments
• Support logistics documentation and coordination
• Maintain accurate accounting and customer records
• Assist with vendor communication and payment terms
• Support additional accounting and operational projects

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAGE 100 required
• Understanding of Accounts Payable processes
• Familiarity with purchasing and order workflows
• Strong data entry and attention to detail
• Fully bilingual required (English and Spanish)
• Accounting experience preferred (4+ years)
