Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Salary Range: $52,000 – $63,000 annually
Location: Miami Beach, FL (On‑Site)

• Perform daily payment reconciliations
• Oversee high‑volume cash balancing
• Post payments into Quick Books
• Process bank deposits
• Manage employee benefit invoicing
• Support donation request functions: track submissions, maintain approval/denial records, draft letters, activate gift cards (when approved), update weekly logs, and more
• Provide occasional Accounts Payable assistance (vendor entry support)
• Prepare and record journal entries

• Prior accounting experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
• Familiarity with Restaurant
  365, Quick Books, Xero, or other major ERP systems
• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting or AR experience
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
