Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant & Business Analyst I provides financial and operational support across budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, inventory accounting, invoice management, reconciliations, and reporting functions. This role supports supply chain and revenue operations by ensuring accurate financial tracking, compliance, and process efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain annual budgets and forecasts
• Allocate costs and ensure alignment with financial targets
• Review, code, and process invoices for approval and payment
• Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records in the general ledger
• Record and reconcile accounts payable, receivable, freight, warehousing, and inventory accounts
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and support month-end close
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership and board review
• Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding balances
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Support special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• CPA preferred
• 2–4 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with accounting systems and financial reporting tools
