We are a local distribution company that has been in business for over 25 years seeking a Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a long-term team player, many of our employees have been with us for over 10+ years!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that payments are made for deliveries according to terms.
• Post checks in accounting software (daily).
• Scan checks for remote deposit (daily).
• Send out statements via e-mail (weekly).
• Enter credits.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AR and Bookkeeping.
• Excellent Computer skills, Word/Excel.
