Staff Accountant

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Support audit preparation and documentation
• Process accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions
• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Experience with Net Suite or related ERP.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
