We presently have an employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in our Corporate operation. In this new role, the Billing Clerk is responsible for costing and finalizing all new and used vehicle deals.

Responsibilities
  • Processes all new and used vehicle deals.
  • Reviews and verifies Deal Checklist to ensure all items are completed
  • Verifies that the Buyers Order down payment matches the funds received.
  • Pulls out policies to be given to the Billing Clerk to submit and send out.
  • Reviews costing sheet to verify the amounts are correct.
  • Calculates and sets up salesman commissions on Reynolds.
  • Processes any remaining payments.
  • Processes salesman commissions.
  • Processes F&I commissions.
  • Participates in ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • 1 year or more of experience in similar function.
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds software.
