Topa Group is partnerned with a leading Luxury Residential Audio Video Integrator actively seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to support bookkeeping and financial operations across their operating verticals.
Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Enter invoices, expenses, and payments
- Reconcile expenses and vendor accounts
- Support job costing, purchase orders, and project billing
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- 1–3+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
- Basic accounting knowledge;
Quick Books experience preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and standard office tools
- Experience in marine, construction, or project-based environments
- Familiarity with job costing or project accounting
