Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to support financial operation. This role is responsible for core accounting functions, financial reporting support, and day-to-day accounting activities that ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile daily cash balancing reports
• Record month-end closing journal entries and support the close process
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Review and process expense reports
• Prepare accounts receivable statements and manage monthly billing cycles
• Assist with general accounting tasks and ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience (3–5 years)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with property management or accounting systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
