BOOKKEEPER

Pride Staff Financial is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper in the Miami area to work with an established technology company that offers learning and growth opportunities as well as a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K plan!

The Bookkeeper is responsible for keeping records, maintaining financial reports and ledgers, preparing budgets, filing billing, and completing general accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate financial records for the organization
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Assist with payroll processing
• Generate financial reports as needed
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Assist with audit preparations
• Handle general bookkeeping duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $27.00 Per Hour
