Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish/English)
Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic finance team at our Bayfront Park office. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Quick Books and a solid understanding of core accounting functions including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Process and manage invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Support the accounting team with audits and reporting tasks
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Proven experience using Quick Books in a professional setting
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and general ledger entries
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
