Bookkeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support overall accounting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring financial data is complete and organized.

Responsibilities:

+ Record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable

+ Reconcile bank and credit card statements

+ Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records

+ Prepare invoices and track customer payments

+ Assist with month-end and year-end close

+ Maintain organized financial files and documentation

+ Support budgeting, reporting, and audits as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required

+ Proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books preferred)

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Basic to intermediate Excel skills

+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
