Accounting Manager

Our client is a growing company in the hospitality space, operating across multiple locations with an international footprint. This role supports both domestic and Caribbean operations. They are now looking for a Accounting Manager

Salary/Hourly Rate: $90k - $105k

The Accounting Manager will oversee full-cycle accounting operations for hospitality entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely close, and compliance with GAAP. This role partners closely with leadership and operations and offers a hybrid schedule with quarterly travel to the Caribbean.

• Oversee full-cycle accounting including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and support audits and tax filings.
• Partner with operations and leadership to support business decision-making.
• Assist with process improvements and accounting system efficiencies.
• Support Caribbean office operations during quarterly on-site visits.

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong full-cycle accounting and month-end close experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Experience working with accounting systems or ERPs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Prior Accounting Manager or team leadership experience.
• Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or multi-location industry experience.
• Multi-entity or international accounting exposure.
• Experience supporting audits and tax processes.
• Public Accounting experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
