The Staff Accountant is part of the Finance & Accounting team. This role contributes to the company’s success by ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all balance sheet and income statement transactions for FOH, Inc. and its subsidiaries and related entities. The Staff Accountant leads and synchronizes all daily, weekly, and month‑end activities to deliver financial reporting by the 10th business day of each month.

- Office located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138
- Hybrid schedule:
Monday & Friday – remote;
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – office
- Maintain the general ledger of US (GAAP) and international (IFRS) entities, preparing account reconciliations, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- ORchestrate the full‑cycle accounting and ERP activities of multiple team members and entities to ensure all month‑end duties are completed on time.
- Supervise treasury, AP, AR, and tax functions, their related ledgers and entries, and efficient use of applicable platforms (Brex, Navan, Airtable, Avalara).
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with transfer pricing policies.
- Research variances, post valid accruals, and reconcile balance sheet accounts to maintain audit readiness.
- Support final financial reporting package using the ERP, FP&A, and spreadsheet/database platforms (currently SAP, Datarails, Airtable).
- Participate in departmental P&L reviews and contribute to managerial financial acumen.
- Engage in internal and external audits as needed.
- Maintain records of core team members’ achievements, productivity, and development opportunities; prepare and deliver on‑time reviews.
- Process and approve accurate payroll for core team members and company‑wide payroll biweekly.
- Actively participate in all one‑on‑one and group meetings.
- Assist in duties and projects as needed; update departmental standards and promote FOH® culture in all interactions.
- Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5+ years in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of leadership and coaching experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP Business One.
- Preferred knowledge of Brex, Avalara, Datarails.
