A rapidly growing homebuilding company in Miami is searching for a Development Accountant to join their team and support active residential projects. This role offers day-to-day involvement with development activity rather than a back-office, siloed accounting function. It’s well suited for someone with a solid foundation who’s ready to deepen their experience in construction and development accounting.

$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Preparing and supporting construction loan draw packages
• Tracking loan activity, interest schedules, and project-level costs
• Assisting with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Partnering closely with development and operations as projects move through construction and closing
• Maintaining accurate general ledger activity tied to multiple active projects

• 2+ years of experience in construction, development, or project accounting
• Hands‑on exposure to construction loans, draw requests, or related financing activity
• Strong Excel skills and a working knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Someone who prefers an in-office environment and values collaboration and visibility
