Title
- Property Accountant (Industrial Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities of the Property Accountant
- Execute daily property accounting across 40+ industrial assets, optimizing accuracy in Yardi (across several custom client environments)
- Engage in budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting cycles for institutional and private clients
- Collaborate with Controller to build-well documented, scalable processes and controls
- Participate in lease administration review, critical thinking, and supporting client ad hoc requests
- Regularly interact with high-expectation clients (e.g., JP Morgan) with professionalism and accuracy
Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)
- Proficient experience with Yardi property management/accounting software
- Commercial or industrial real estate accounting background (at least 2 years)
- Strong client communication and analysis skills

- Miami Lakes, FL — On-site; local candidates only
Schedule
- On-site, business hours; regular in-person presence with clients and team
