Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Printing Mechanic
5 years experience in Printing or Printing Related Industries.
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is expected to carry out tasks that will include but are not limited to the services repair and maintenance of printing presses and equipment and machines as instructed by maintenance department manager.

Perform or assist in the troubleshooting, adjustment, repairs, and mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of all production processing equipment.

Ensure completion of work orders based on priority and schedule.

Must have the ability to complete any documentation associated with all assigned tasks.

Maintain preventive maintenance program and complete necessary associated documentation.

Ability to read and comprehend instruction manuals, instruction sheets, technical data, work orders and mechanical drawings in English.

Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs of all Physical and building maintenance.

Coordinate maintenance activity with Maintenance Manager to maximize the utilization of plant equipment and operating efficiency.

Work together with Maintenance Manager to establish personal development/improvement plan for yourself and your position.

Respond to call-in and perform any emergency repair work.

In conjunction with the Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager and Safety Manager ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA, federal, state, and safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience

HSD or (GED) with strong mechanical aptitude required electrical a plus

Min. 5 Years experience working independently and maintaining equipment in an industrial sector.

Some secondary schooling/ Electrical training is a plus.

Basic Computer data entry skills.

Spanish Speaking at Plus
