• Role and Interaction with Players:
  Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the information they need to start and enjoy their Topgolf experience.
• Key Aspects of the Role:
  Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help players get the most from their visit.
• Equipment Support:
  Assist with golf clubs and equipment to ensure players have the right gear for a fun experience.
• Contribute to Topgolf and Other Play makers:
  Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting; offer players helpful guidance and recommendations.
• Safety and Sanitation:
  Maintain a safe and clean environment by following safety and sanitation standards and keeping guest services areas tidy.

This role requires physical activity and mobility beyond a typical desk job. You’ll need to:

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs, including carrying golf bags across multiple floors.
• Be on your feet for most of the day and able to walk throughout your shift.
• Perform various active tasks and maintain a can-do attitude in a high-volume environment.

There are multiple role tracks within Topgolf such as Bay Host and Bartender, each with role-specific responsibilities and physical requirements. Below are representative expectations for these positions.

• Role expectations include greeting Players, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, maintaining clean and stocked service areas, and providing exceptional service to enhance the Player experience.
• Safety, sanitation, and Topgolf core values are emphasized across all roles.
