Position:
Canvassing Manager (Open for Professional Canvassers Ready for Promotion)
Manage and grow a field canvassing team — appointments only, no sales.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, train and manage a team of canvassers
- Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
- Schedule appointments for FREE estimates (No Selling Required)
- Achieve team targets and goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Canvasser, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or team leader in Home Improvement Industry
Compensation:
- Salary, Commission, Bonus & Overrides
- Earn $100,000 to $250,000 per year
