• Educate members on the benefits of practitioner‑assisted stretching
• Meet performance and sales targets
• Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions and assisting with questions or concerns
• Strengthen long‑term member relationships through consistent follow‑ups and thoughtful engagement
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to book first‑time visits
• Attend high‑energy off‑site events to promote services and drive new leads
• Participate in fun in‑studio challenges to foster team collaboration and support member retention

• Previous experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (a requirement)
• A can‑do attitude
